Country View Day Care for Adults

Country View Adult Day Service is a program designed to help people (18 or older) remain independent and in their own homes for as long as possible.

Country View Adult Day Service Provides:

Transportation to and from our facility
Socialization and Companionship
Nutritious and delicious meals and snacks
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, toileting)
Assistance with running errands (grocery shopping, medical appointments)
Professional Staff: caring, qualified and trained
Enables care givers to take a break

We are open five days a week, Monday through Friday (except major holidays) and are able to have six people participate each day. Clients participate for a variety of different reasons, and we strive to adapt our services to meet their individual needs.

Clients have the opportunity to participate in activities going on in the facility. They may wish to play cards, assemble puzzles, watch TV, play different games etc. The option to take a nap or rest in a private room is also available.
