Annette Johnson, ARNP
Family Practice
Annette Johnson is an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner who sees patients at both the Lime Springs and Cresco Medical Clinics. She completed the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine in 1992. Since that time, she has been on staff primarily at the Lime Springs Medical Clinic, as well as the Cresco Medical Clinic. She is board certified as a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner and as a Women’s Health Care Nurse Practitioner.
Annette lives in rural Spring Valley with her husband, Buster. They have five grown sons, six grandsons and one granddaughter. In her spare time, Annette loves outdoor activities such as camping, biking, walking, rollerblading, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. Her newest outdoor activity is riding her very own motorcycle. She also enjoys reading, singing, and spending time with family and friends.

Hours at the Lime Springs Medical Clinic are Monday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, Wednesday from noon to 4:00 pm, and Friday from 7:00 am to noon. Annette sees patients at the Cresco Medical Clinic on Tuesday and Thursday.
