Regional Health Services of Howard County  (RHSHC) offers Occupational Health Services to meet the specific healthcare needs for area businesses and their work force.

RHSHC is unique in that it is a comprehensive consortium of healthcare services including Hospital Services, Community Health Services, Cresco and Lime Springs Medical Clinics, and the Howard Residential Care Facility/Patty Elwood Center.  With the variety of healthcare services we offer, we are able to:

  •  Treat workplace injuries in the Emergency Room or Cresco Medical Clinic;
  •  Provide therapy services and medical testing (lab and x-ray) as necessary;
  •  Provide medical equipment for patients if required; and
  •  Follow-up with business contact regarding patient care and progress.

Through the cooperative efforts of physicians, physical and occupational therapists, nurses, lab and x-ray, our goal is to provide quality, timely, and cost-effective medical attention to the injured worker.  Of equal importance is to provide educational programs, health screenings and services to prevent worker injury in the first place.

We realize the importance of communication among employers, workers, and providers of care in order to keep employees healthy and return them to work in a safe and timely manner.

We are committed to providing quality, accessible healthcare and education to area businesses and their employees.
