Image Storage and Retrieval
RHSHC uses a computer network designed for acquisition, transmission, display, storage/archival, and retrieval of digital medical images. This means images are accessible immediately via computers and are part of the patient electronic health record. Providers across the Mercy Health Network – North Iowa can order tests to be done in Cresco and view the secure results and images at their workstation as soon as they are available.
