The Howard Residential Care Facility and Patty Elwood Center are county-owned facilities governed by their own board of directors. They provide residential care and Alzheimer’s disease and dementia care in a beautiful and serene country setting two miles north of Cresco. In June of 1990, the HRCF contracted with Howard County Hospital, which is now Regional Health Services of Howard County, to provide management services at their facility.
The HRCF/PEC offers a variety of services to meet the needs of their patients and family members by a team of dedicated caregivers. Please review the list of services offered for details on the specialized care provided at the HRCF/PEC.
