Regional Health Services of Howard County

Regional Health Services Foundation

The Regional Health Services Foundation (RHSF) was formed in 1992 and is a non-profit, tax-exempt organization whose primary purpose is to collect and receive gifts of money or property for the benefit of Regional Health Hospital Services in Cresco, Iowa, and the patients they serve.

The Mission of the Regional Health Services Foundation is to provide continuing support for the Regional Health Services Hospital through a broad-based program of:

  1. Increasing health awareness;
  2. Enhancing public relations; and
  3. Providing a convenient vehicle for charitable contributions.

Gifts of the Foundation help support patient care at Regional Health Services in many ways, including new construction and remodeling of the hospital, the purchase of new equipment, new health care programs, and provides expanded services to those in need.  With continuous changes in rural healthcare reimbursement, it is necessary for hospitals to seek private funds to enhance these services.

Healthcare experiences new and exciting developments in technology and patient care every day.  Improving and expanding the services that are offered at Regional Health Services of Howard County are ongoing to meet the needs of the patients we serve.

Thank you to our friends who have supported us, and to new donors for considering a tax-deductible gift to support the Regional Health Services Foundation.
